Make a Booking
Consultations are usually by appointment but the doctors will see urgent cases immediately. Every effort is made to keep to time but please be tolerant in the event of a delay as this reflects the unexpected needs of patients or an emergency.
Appointments can be made online, by telephoning (03) 5477 6888, or in person. Telling the secretary, briefly, the purpose of your visit will allow the appropriate time to be booked, minimising delays. We book in 15 minute slots and you are welcome to request a longer consultation. Please do not expect to deal with numerous problems unless you have booked extra time.

Please get tested for COVID-19 if you have respiratory symptoms or have been in contact with somebody who has COVID-19. This fact sheet explains how to use and interpret the results from COVID-19 home use tests (also known as COVID-19 rapid antigen self-tests).
Generally we would request that patients who are symptomatic refrain from visiting Charlton Medical without a negative test. Please speak to reception to discuss how we can help you access the care you need.
